Medi Home Therapy is committed to enhancing the lives we touch through therapeutic and educational services to help our patients return to a life of freedom and activity.

We offer physical therapy, occupational services, speech-language therapy, medical social services, and dietitian education. Servicing all ages (pediatric to adult), we provide care to patients with surgical procedure recovery, traumatic injury, worker compensation injury, mental or physical disability patients, and stroke victims.

Patients may receive care in an outpatient setting which may include the patient's home, daycare, or nursing home facility. Wherever and whenever you need us – we will assist you on a road to recovery.

TeleHealth Services

Medi Connect is our TeleHealth Homecare Division offering home TeleHealth services. Our Home Telehealth services give us the ability to monitor and measure our patient health data and information over geographical, social, and cultural distances. This monitoring includes the use of both video and non-video technologies. Using TeleHealth technology for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation services, our patient's clinical needs and objectives are met. The application of these technologies allows for increased access to health services, improved disease management, improved self-care management with earlier and proactive interventions for positive outcomes.
